ABOUT XYZ
Hi, I’m Mike.
With over ten years experience in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), I founded XYZ Projects in 2024 to branch out and take on new challenges. Now, I’m hoping to take everything I’ve learned about how to run organizations efficiently and share it with clients. I believe that projects, knowledge, process design, training and technology all need to fit together for an organization to run smoothly. My experience working in these fields, along with my PMP (Project Management Professional) and CKM (Certified Knowledge Manager) credentials, among others, enable me to help you solve what matters most.

2. XYZ prepares a proposal.
XYZ will prepare a proposal including scope of work, key milestones, cost, and recommendations. Then, we connect to review the proposal and address any questions or changes.
3. Work. Together.
Now, XYZ takes the lead on bringing the proposal to life. We’ll work to your availability for regular check-ins and provide status updates so you can see things come together in real time.
